About the Memorial
The Northern Valley Law Enforcement Memorial, located at Optimist Park in Grand Forks, will be a memorial structure that will honor the brave men and women in the Northern
Valley that have given their lives in the line of duty. All donations made to this project are tax-deductible through the Grand Forks Parks & Recreation Foundation.
