The Legends & Heroes Campaign was created to build a two sheet youth ice arena for hockey and figure skaters. This project was achieved through the efforts of many hockey and figure skating enthusiasts and the assistance of the Grand Forks Park District, the Blue Line Club, and the entire Grand Forks community.
Constructed through community philanthropy and support, ICON Sports Center demonstrates our community’s investment in youth hockey and figure skating, and serves to elevate Grand Forks as a Midwest hockey destination.
Thank you to all those who have donated to the Legends & Heroes Campaign. Although fundraising from the Legends & Heroes campaign was used to build the arena, we are continuing our fundraising efforts in order to sustain the wonderful facility.
